Inline Pictures Now Are Thumbnails

I recompiled PHP on the Archive server today so we could take advantage of some of the advanced graphics features of vB3.
Briefly:
1) Inline pictures are now thumbnailed to a) save our bandwidth and b) help the people with dial up connections not have to load huge pics that they may or may not want to see. The thumbnail links to the original full sized version.
2) New registrations will now be asked to enter in a random series of characters generated by the server into an image file. This keeps automated scripts from signing up on the boards and posting hundreds of spam messages ... sound familiar??
