Unable to reset password

I'm unable to reset my password and gain access to my identity. I've tried both a few months ago and yesterday and got a new password sent to me ([email protected]). So far it works fine. Unfortunately, I'm not able to log in using that password, even after waiting 24 hours. I just get a message that the password is wrong. Perhaps this is because there seem to be two "Black Sky"? Perhaps deleting the newest of those would help? Help?

There WERE two, and that was probably what was throwing it.
