As soon as I saw this picture, I began to fantasy a story based on other stories I read here.

This boy looks a bit anxious, don't you think? He waits for almost half an hour now in the doctor's waiting-room, he does not know why he is so tense, but he doesn't like to be obliged to stay naked like that (as many teens are, he is rather shy, even if he is proud of his body), and he is afraid to have a causeless erection as it sometimes happen: it will be extremely if that happens just when the doctor calls him. He thinks that he is come for a general check-up, but he does not know what will be inspected exactly and that makes him nervous: he hopes that the doctor will not touch his genitals. He would be certainly far more nervous if he knew what his older brother and legal tutor, who needs badly money, has actually arranged with the doctor: a full penectomy for the boy. This formality has been required by the rich Asian multimillionaire who purchased him after having being contacted by the needy brother and having seen some movies and pictures of the boy. Three medical assistants and his brother are ready to secure him to the surgical table before shaving his crotch when the doctor will explain to him what will happen next. Immediately after the operation, which will be supervised by the Asian buyer through videoconference, he will be packed and send by plane to his new owner. His clothes he left in the cloakroom have already been taken to be put on a beach near his house, so everybody will think he has drawn. When the doctor will open the door and order him to enter into the operation room, the boy will enter an entirely new life. His mind doesn't know it, but perhaps his body does, and that's why he is so nervous.

This is an interesting photo, and here’s another idea for a plot. I fantasized that he’s a slave, a former prince captured in war by the victorious nation. He’s now naked and awaiting trial by the powerful father of a beautiful but sheltered girl. This former prince has been accused of offending the girl’s honor. His alleged offense was to betray the hint of an erection in the girl’s presence while he was serving as a waiter at her birthday party. He was wearing a G-string at the time, as her father required of all slaves. This garment permitted the father to detect any “inappropriate urges” on the part of the male slaves, who had been forbidden to ejaculate since the conquest. Now the boy sits pondering how he will explain his lapse in manners to her father and hopefully save himself from the usual penalty -- a full-shaft penectomy combined with the popping of both of his testicles between heavy stones. He’s wondering whether to attempt to save his entire genitals by trying to convince her father of his total innocence. Or he’s wondering if he should attempt to appease him by admitting his mistake and pleading for a lesser punishment such as a having only a single ball popped or his penis head removed.
