Well now lets see..... Now that I am a full fledged Eunuch it seems that there is a bit of an issue with an extra 10 lbs. that I picked up. I think but am not sure if this is common or not. Does this level off? Is there anything to do to get the weight off. Im exercising 3 times a week now. Anybody have any experience with this???? Scottie

For starters, lay off of the sugar and carbohydrates. It's not the fat free stuff combined with excercise that'll help more, it's elimination of the stuff that the body tends to store up if you don't work it off fast enough.
I know it sounds a lot like the Atkins diet, but eliminating rooty veggies and bread, along with sugary foods and SODA will help tremendously.
Works for me, anyway, but then again I burn stuff off pretty quick.

O yes, it has been noted many times that eunuchs tend to gain weight after castration, typically 10 - 50 pounds. Without testosterone, a lot of your former muscle mass is converted into body fat, which burns less calories then muscle tissue.
About the only thing to do is undertake a lifetime diet and exercise program. I do "Senior Aerobics" 3 times a week, a yoga class once a week, and a weight training class once a week. The weight training class is designed to build up bome mass as well as muscle mass.
