testosterone & brain

Hi!
It is known that at some certain very early period of human developement, brain is affected by sex hormones. The result is the way this person will think and behave. Like a male or like a female. This happens while the baby is still in womb.
It is interesting, if there has been any research done, how testosterone affects brain function later in human developement. Like during puberty. If there was no testosterone during puberty then is the way of thinking much different of normal males? Like castratis who were castrated before puberty. Did they have different thinking pattern? Does anybody know?
