first time sex castration

here's a stroy idea I wish someone would write:

In the not too distant future, 18 year old males (all of whom are virgins by law, under the threat of castration) must go to the ministry of mating.

If they have not have a mate, one will be provided for them.

The female mate (fiencee) is fitted with microscopic sensors which record her pleasure responses. Then, the young male enters the room and makes love to her for the first time. If the woman does not get enough pleasure from the intercourse, the male is castrated upon climax. A special metal ring around his nuts does this quickly, without blood, but with pain. The woman then gets to keep his balls.

This idea is similar to the recent stories about guys whose seed is tested by a masterbation machine. The main difference is that it will happen during their first act of sex and is based on their technique, not genes.

This type of set up could work for lots of story ideas and points of view.

1) the doctor's point of view as he watches two young people very much in love try to pass the test. He moniters them as he realizes the boy wont make it.

2) the guy's point of view. he can be cocky or scared.

3) the girl's point of view perhaps offers the best ideas:

a) she loves her mate and is very worried for him as he fucks her. her fear makes it so she does not respond and he is castrated on top of her.

b) a very mean girl begins to date a guy she really hates, only to get him to choose her for the mating test. Then she fails to respond sexually on purpose, causing him to lose his manhood. She could particularly relish his moment of castration and that she will forever get to keep his balls. Also, she could think to herself what a great lover he would have been, if only she wasn't throwing the test on purpose.

4) a doctor is paid by a politician to purposfully castrate the studdly sons of his enemies no matter how well they do on the test.

The possabilities are really endless for anyone who wants to tackle the idea.

P.S. in alternate versions, perhaps the penis and testicles are both removed when the test fails. Then the girls would feel their lovers role off of them, but their dicks will be left behind in their pussies. I pesonally just like the nutting idea, but if an author wants to add the other, that's cool.
