Well for those castrated with a burdizzo tool, were you clamped twice on each side of the sack, or once? How long did it take before you noticed shrinkage of the testicles?

Keep in mind it is only my experience! I was clamped 3 times on the right side and twice on the left with a 12". Later a 19" once each side, and that did the job. About 8 weeks it took to have the full effect, shrinkage of the whole unit.

I habe had the burdizzi applied to omy cords one three sepperate ocastions. It has not worked, It however lead to nasty infections which were hard in healing.

I tried burdizzo three times to no effect.

The first two times the cords slipped and only left me with nasty scars on my ballsac. The third time I tied the cords with a surgical suture and applied the burdizzo on both sides for more than a minute to assure effect. I even used local anaesthesia to ensure full closure of the blades. My testicles remained numb for two days and then slowly sensation returned. The cuts in my scrotum were extensive. I had a testosterone level done two weeks later which was still normal.

I then decided on surgical castration and it was successful. My pics of the result can be seen on ___spam removed___ It took more than 6 months for me to lose total sexual drive but I can still achieve erection and penetration even after 5 years, if accompanied by prolonged stimulation (more than 30 mins). My ejaculation is, however, dry.
