A little more descriptive terms and conversation would make it a whole lot more tittilating...

The line...

...is not totally accurate.

A blood clot from the scrotum could only get to the lungs to cause a pulmonary embolism. It goes to the rt atrium, through the tri-cuspid valve, then to the right ventricle. From there, it goes to a pulmonary artery and then into the capillaries of the lungs where it would get caught keeping blood from getting to the a segment of the lung, accordind to how big it is. It could not get back to the heart so no heart attack. If it could not get to the heart, then it could not get to the brain to cause a stroke, either.

To make a long story short, (and I am not good at it, am I?) use the infection angle and give him gangrene. It is much more convincing that way. Have it spread to his Penis so that can take the whole works, too. CHOP! CHOP!

Thank you for the praise and the anatomy lesson. I was going more or less on my limited knowledge of first aide. The old instructions were, remove the tourniquet every 20 minutes, to prevent clotting. I know these instructions have been revised. This being of particular interest to myself and my wife since we spend alot of time in the field and old mines. Snakes you know.

I do believe though that any appendage that was deprived of blood for two hours would be useless. Besides this is fantasy, Penny is telling me her stories, I think she is both wired wrong and a liar. In any event will post a concluding episode she has given me, and then ride into the sunset for a while.
