castration/test therapy

Serious question here: I have considered being castrated and following with testosterone therapy in order to be able to maintain erections for prolonged periods of time. If I do this, will my penis shrink if I keep up the testosterone therapy, or could i do penis enlargement exercises prior to castration to maintain size? How long might i be able to go before orgasm in this state? Would it be worth it for me or any male/female partner?

But why bother with a castration if you plan to take testosterone? Why not just take the testosterone (at a lower dosage) and bypass the surgery?
