Health Issues for a eunuch #1

There are only a couple of real health issues that you need to be concerned about being a eunuch,

Depression: Yes I have this too, I am not sure that I can add a whole lot to this but many guys that are castrated come down with depression. I have been out of work on disability sense I was castrated. In all fairness, I got an infection and was in the hospital for 5 days and the drugs for the cure upset my stomach and then had an acid reflex attack that put me in the hospital for another 5 days. There is more but it was a down hill kind of thing.

This does not happen to everyone. Only some of us are this lucky.

I take several drugs for depression and see a therapist every week. It helps.

Remember Depression is a disease just like Osteoporosis or heart conditions, all are treatable.

My therapist asked me the last visit if I regret having been castrated? I told her NO that is the one thing I know was right for me. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
