It has been several months since I had an orgasm, and that was from a prolonged session of masturbation. Eunuch biology is a very "iffY" thing, and you can never quite predict what your body will do.

This morning I was browsing the web looking for bras. For some reason all those pictures of women in bras gave me an erection. What a throwback to my high school days when we wanked off to pictures of women wearing bras in those mail order catalogs.

But that is what happned, and that is what I did. Ten minutes later, after gentle massaging of the tip (here is where having a foreskin is a tremendous advantage), I had an enjoyable orgasm. It was a dry orgasm, of course, since my prostate is quite shriviled after 22 months without testosterone. I think my erection was more like 4 inches then its former six inches, but enough to do the job.

I guess my sub-concious decided it had enough built-up sexual energy from the adrenal glands to need a release, even if I felt no concious need for such a release. Very strange, but fun, and just shows that eunuch biology is very much along the lines of YMWV.

I often notice the same thing.

Having low hormone levels from being hypogonadic (adult onset), I can go for weeks, sometimes more than a month on end with no erections or desires.

Then, seemingly for no reason at all, BANG! I hit a phase where I should be kept locked up somewhere. This usually only lasts for a few days, though.

On the size issue - I had a nice 7.25" inches when I was a teen, probably due to the clandestine HRT I was receiving. Now, it's about 5.5.

Also, keep in mind that I'm also the one who has to read EVERY single story submitted here, and the wank factor is usually pretty damn low, lemme tell ya's!

I've had four months of HRT. I feel great. Testicles and penis are still smaller than they once were but they are large enough. Still, I haven't had an organsm in at least several weeks.

Well I have been able to go a good 10 days without jacking off, right now after being put on Zoloft an SSRI it has been 44 days since I have had an orgasmn. I still get hard usually I'm hard when I wake up and during the first 3 weeks I was on Zoloft I could masturbate for hours at a time and not orgasmn. Although I'm sure now that I could get an orgasmn if I tried. I really haven't tired to get off in 3 weeks, as I want to see how long I can go.

is the one who noticed. shortly after I began using medication for depression, my lack of interest in sex and lack of responsiveness when we made love. I didn't even notice for a long, long time. Loss of sexuality is an awful loss. Depression was also awful, but the price of treatment was devestasting.

I've had back problems for years. Even in late teens, I could not lean under the hood of my car for long. In my early 20's I was merely changing the sheets in my bed and *whack*! my back went so bad I was down for a couple days.

But that was nothing compared to 1997 when I could barely walk. I woke up and couldn't move. Something must have happened the day before.

Anyway, so I went on various pain killers and eventually blood pressure medicine. I think these things breed more problems.

But, so what? When I was skinny women didn't want me because I didn't have enough meat on my bones, now I have too much. When Nkenge and I split up last year, she complained also that I didn't want sex often. I can't figure it out. Now during the latter part of last year and early this year, I became a masturbating mad man when not on HRT.

Thanks for sharing Andrew. I am nearly a year since my surgery. For about a month or so afterwards, I got a few erections. Since then--nothing. Even my favorite subject---cbt---fails to get me going. Perhaps there is hope for an occasional "flashback" to those "hard times"
