Discovery Channel runs a series called GlobeTrekker. There is one show on Indochina, which is Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Just caught a segment accidently (sitting & channel surfing in my hotel room), in which an attractive and gutsy young woman tries eating almost everything strange they serve there.
