First, does anybody know if there are any groups on Yahoo (or elsewhere) for people to post original castration-related artwork? I have some I've done (actual drawings, not manipulated photos) that I think people would get a kick out of but I don't want to start a new group if one already exists. I know about places like the Grease Tank and Katharsis.net but they don't really seem appropriate for this stuff (the Grease Tank focuses a bit much on violence and Katharsis has retarded licensing policies).

Second, does anybody else do drawings or paintings along these lines?

Well, they're not just penectomy related - some nullification oriented, some castration, the occasional penectomy one. If you're down with it then I'll put 'em up there but they wouldn't all be on-topic. Let me know, I guess.

While working on my avitar I removed the balls on 3 yoai anime images until I was happy with one. I can post them if it's OK to post balless drawings. You'll notice that My avitar is somewhat covered up. If BB say's it's OK i'll remove his "coverup"

Since none of the gang of three has taken action over the pictures in the thread "result of cheating" I doubt if they will over your avatar. But, as A-1 advises, ask him!

I can understand that Bboy is concerned about the two boards for pictures and that if he allows nudes there the boundaries will gradually get pushed further and further until this becomes yet another place for tacky porn. With an avatar, there is a distinction and provided that it is not too extreme I think that the gang of 3 will allow more leeway for people to express themselves.
