Any update on his status?

Todd was arrested and released in December as most of you know. As of February 17 Todd has not been charged with any crime because of a lack of evidence or witnesses. The Los Angeles District Attorney told Todd he might receive charges through the mail but none up to now.

However, I doubt that charges will be filed.

police are up to their old behavior of terrorizing citizens. Threat seems the mode of control out there. Regardless, complaints that Todd did this to himself, I believe that he deserves our concern and caer.
