At a Paratrooper school, soldiers who won't jump get some special training. They must go through a special obstacle course in the nude. Instead of the safety cable being attached to a safety harness, it is attached to their nuts. But the commander is not that cruel, so instead of just letting the boys hang there after they lose their balance, the boys have the option of a rip cord release device. Before they go on the obstacle course a thin strong wire is looped around the nuts before the "safety" cable is attached and the other end of the wire has a "D" ring attached to it then taped to his chest so he can pull the rip cord. Hoo Ya!

This is a low budget story, so Jessie Ventura plays the commander.
