A guy just out of the military goes to a big university on the GI bill. He takes a room in a large slightly run down rooming house near campus. The first week he is there a pretty, but tattooed and pirced, girl with radical feminist and antiwar attitudes moves in. Unaware of her issues, he tries to impress her with stories of his time in the military. She is cold to him but he continues to obsess with her and sneaks in to her room to sniff her dirty panties. She returns from classes early, hearing something strange, peeks in the room and sees him jacking off with her panties over his head with his nose in the crotch.
