i want to modify my genitals as follows:

a) ballbag stretching - already running

i've seen some great pics from guys with extreemly stretched bags which turns me really on. so i bought some weights (4cm inner diameter) and wear them whenever possible. the stretching of my cords gives me a permanent dull ache - it makes my horny. the weights have also the function of a cockring. the skin around my penisbase is tightened by the weights and so i've mostly a hardon. i am thinking about to pull my penis back between my legs to wear the weights on work.

b) ball enlargement

no experience with that. i've read stories about injecting saline into the tests. i soon will do that but i don't want to do it allone - will see. an idea is to organize a medical infusion with a pressure sleeve. this combination will allow to pump saltine into my balls by a constant pressure over hours without having much work - oh fuck, i'm getting hard

c) ball implants

after having expanded my balls to maybe triple size, i'll let my already stretched ballbag cut open and free my tests. they should not be filled with saline. they should be soft with the capability to include an object the size of a golf ball. after cutting open a testi, a "golf ball" like object should be inserted. preferably heavy, eg. plumb core and gold surface. then the testi should be stitched up. the cut in the testi should be done on the top side. so the implant could not stress the suture of the tests.

d)reallocation of my peehole

i fantasise about having a peehole behind my ballbag that forces me to sit to pee like a girl. i do not know, if this is possible, especially from hygienic fiew, but i hope so. my penis-peehole could be closed by a special designed piercing like adorment.

Yes, relocating your urethra is very possible. That is my next major modification.

Right now I'm finishing up a full subincision. I've only got about an inch more to go. After I get that healed I'll start on the relocation.

Hein i find your post most interesting because i wanted to do the same things and all i ever got out of it was trouble.That is why i finaly decided to go to chemical castration and my life has been mutch better since.But i do know the ruch you get from doing thies things just play it safe your friend sag111

look on BME (Body Modification E-zine) for "Prince's Wand" piercing it is a metal shaft that fits into the penis inthe same way that a Prince Albert goes outside the penis.

If it is large enough, it effectively prevents you from pissing.
