Great thread guys ... I too value Jesus' input and commentary greatly.
Just because they don't show up as a 'story' doesn't mean that we shouldn't be giving Jesus the 'attaboys' he deserves ...
So ..............................
Attaboy Jesus!!!

Jesus is God, and I'm talking about Jesus A. Not only a positive influence on the archive, but also an all around nice guy.

Re: Articles from Jesus.
Thanks guys. Ive certainly had a lot of fun searching out strange items on the history and contemporary state of castration and eunuchs for the Nonfiction Board. Im glad to know that there are some others who enjoy them as well.
I am open to suggests of topics to research. The past couple of posts on the Hijra of India were in response to a request from TheFraj for more information on them.
I read more strange books and journals than anyone else I know of, and this information just seems to pop up in obscure places. Who else on the Archive would ever read the Journal of Medieval and Early Modern Studies? Or the Japanese academic journal Zinbun? Why would they?
Anyway, its been great fun. Thank you for providing a venue and an audience for all of it.

Ive recently been a bit negligent in respect of the notice board, for which I apologise. However, Ive just picked up this thread & felt that I simply had to respond.
I hope that the authors of fiction will excuse me but I firmly believe that Jesus contributions to the archive are easily the most valuable, as hes placing on record carefully researched true facts relating to the overriding topic. I know, from personal experience, that such work is usually very difficult & time consuming, & often thankless. However, those who have responded to this thread are obviously trying to rectify the latter & Im pleased to be counted amongst them.
As Samuel Johnson once declared (Journey to the Western Islands), Whatever makes the past ., advances us in the dignity of thinking beings.
