There is actually....LOL....two female surgeons and one male...with a staff of nurses

and as it is they do wear long sleeves.....and I bet they can roll them up if they are wearing long rubber gloves.

I know about a facility in Antwerpen! But their price is 2500 € for a castration without the removal of the scrotum.
