This quote is somewhat old, but it just keeps popping up.
This is for all of you out there who insist that there are other countries whose leaders make no sense at times. (Not mentioning any *COUGH*USA*COUGH* country in particular.)
Straight from Prime Minister Jean Chretien (leader of Canada, in case you didn't know) himself:
"A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven."
I kid you not.
