I started posting to the Eunuch Archive in June/July. Each morning I feel myself in front when dressed for work, because I would like things to be as flat as possible. Back then I was small but today I am dramatically smaller.

While I was taking glandulars, I need something stronger. With the combination of estrogen and Spirotone, I can honestly say that my whole front package has shrunk. When I went to work on this past Friday I was so pleased because I was very smooth in the crotch area.

What shrunk more? My penis or testicles? I think both did. My penis is just a miniature when it is limp and I've lost almost 2" when it is erect. Obviously, it still functions but ejaculations are really not worth the effort. I'm sure if you read through all the threads here you will know what path to take to help yourself.

Taking anti-androgens (castration drugs) can reduce the size of the penis and testacles by preventing spontaneous and nocturnal erections. Given enough time this would be effective, but there are some side effects you should be aware of. In as little as 6 months, you could be permanently sterile. You might not see a great reduction in size and may lose some or all of your function. It's another one of those "Your Mileage Will Vary" sort of things! I had also heard of a method to surgicaly alter one's erectile mechanism, but that would leave you with permanent erectile dysfunction.

I am on Christmas Holiday vacation. Since I am with parents and my boobs have grown larger than I care for, I am off the estrogen for approx. three days now.

During last night, I had a semi-nocturnal erection -- something I have not experienced in months. Of course, I do not know if I am sterile yet or not. Anyway, Charlesboy, you will experience changes from the female hormones for sure.

Jim i have also experanced the same things you have talked about .I am on depo provera and small amount of estrogen and have not had any erections for the last month.Any time you take hormones you will have side effects.As for shrinking penis and keeping testicles large i dont think it would be posiable on thies drugs. Also if you did use castration drugs you probley would not care after a wile if you had an erection or your testicles were large or small.Thies drugs also effect your libdo and after a time you probley would not care anymore .But read all you can you mite learn to acheave what you want good luck.

I am going thru chemical castration. Presently I am taking 6mg estrofem and 100mg spirotone daily. I was wondering if this will ever totally shut down testosterone production. Also, any guesses how long it will take before I notice a decrease in size of my penis and testicles.

Some day I hope to havesurgical castration but for now will try to get my penis and testes to shrink as much as possible. I am willing to take as much medication and as long as need to achieve my goal.

Just curous about a guess on a time period befor I begin to see results.

With that amount of estrofem and Spirotone, you ought to see results rather quickly!

The most I ever took was 2-mg. estrofem daily and for almost six months now. My Spirotone amount varied. My whole package seems smaller each morning before work and that pleases me.

I was about to celebrate a week without masturbation but last night I had to try. I've already lost 1½" to 1¾" and possibly more. My shaft does not have as much length to grip and I noticed that last night. It was almost hard, too, so there has been a true decrease.

Your testosterone will be (almost) gone eventually, but that will vary from individual to individual. If you masturbate, your ejaculations should change within two weeks. You won't notice changes to your balls and penis for several months. I was disappointed at first because my erections continued strong and full for a long time, but they're going, going, going... probably no way to get them back.

Once you are sterile it will take up to two years before your erections will be gone permanently.

I forgot to mention breast development. Moreschi is right about big boobs.

You should feel tingling in the breasts almost immediately from taking the Estrofem. It is exciting. But that will lead to soreness and eventually, pain. Be aware of that. I have been living with pain and tender breasts for months and that is the most disagreeable aspect of my whole experience. I now have fully-defined (though small) female breasts, and I'm going to have to get serious about wearing a sports bra real soon.
