After supper I take a multi-vitamin/miner pill that includes another 400 I.U of Vitamin D. I also take a pill with another 333 MG of calcium, plus zinc and magnesium to help absorption.
At bedtime, I take another two pills for 666 MG of calcium plus more zinc and magnesium.
How is this working out? I will find out next June, shortly after my 2nd anniversary as a eunuch, when I get another DEXA bone scan. My first in June 2001 showed me at 115% above normal. Of course I try to do as much bone-stressing exercise as I can get into my busy schedule.
And how are the rest of you doing on your calcium intake program?
