Looking forward to continuing installments of "Bobbit Syndrome". Can empathize with the author's search for fictional stories and real-world events related to his favorite topic (can I guess it here? We know it's "penectomy, straight" - let me guess at the rest):

The removal, desired or not by the victim, of the erect penis, preferably after intense and prolonged arousal, at the moment of ejaculation, by one or more women using any of a large variety of tools or instruments.
