I'll share two that I know of:

https://www.fictionmania.tv -- large collection of TG/TV stories.

https://www.nifty.org/nifty -- is mainly aimed at gays. Has a TG/TV story section, which I read a lot of years ago (it is how I discovered the Eunuch Archive).

There also used to be asstr.org which covered almost any type of erotica. But it shut down a while ago. There's a reddit page with a few suggested alternatives (I haven't tried any of them yet):

It's a bit clunky but near as I can tell EVERYTHING is in there. I'm ok with the "clunkiness" as it has recovered the entire fiction archive as it exists today, and all which needs to happen is for folks to learn how to use it, which Fhunter has provided instructions for.
