Question about permanent limpness question

I've been researching this topic and haven't seen a lot of new ideas in a long time but I just came accross something called sclerotherapy. It's an injection to constrict blood vessels for vericose veins. I'm not talking about diy necessarily but I wonder if anyone with more medical knowledge could shed some light on this.
I'm gay and entirely masculine but I've been castrated. I have fake balls though because my husband wanted them. I've thought about penectomy but I like my dick, kinda. The problem is it's too thick so I had to learn to love bottoming early on. I tried topping so many times but most bottoms would never call me after the first date. Another problem is my husband, I love him to death and he's the best thing in my life but when he feels like bottoming it's almost always torture for me. He's so tight it hurts. Besides I've always been uncomfortable with my erections and want them to stop.
I'm currently on and will stay on a full dose of T so hormone changes are a no-go. I've tried banding but I didn't love being numb. I've tried hypnosis for prolonged periods, and have tried bending for a few weeks at a time. I've tried almost every penis shrinking or limpness routine but never got very far. I just want this damn thing to stay soft and after years of trying it still gets rock solid. One man's gift is another man's curse, am I right?

Amputation. Or stop the T. You have little other choice.

Have you talked with your husband about how he feels? If he wants to bottom occasionally, would he be happy if you can't get it up? I'm not gay so don't totally relate to your specific concern, but believe that if one is in a relationship, your partner really should have input into the decision making, no matter what orientations are involved.... (In the end the decision is yours alone, but a partner's opinions should be a consideration since that is what partnership is all about....)
That said, there are a number of surgical procedures that will cause limpness but most seem to have other consequences as well, not to mention the challenges of finding a doctor that would be willing to do them for this sort of reason. (i.e. taking out the cavernosa tissue as done as prep for some of the ED prosthetic procedures)
There are also a number of drugs that can cause impotence, but again those have side effects, and I have no idea how well they would work if you are on a T supplement...
I've never heard of anyone using sclerotherapy for this, but I'm not an expert on the topic. However considering that the structure of the blood vessels is quite different I'd have my doubts. In addition, veins are the RETURN path for blood, so it would seem to me like constricting them without also constricting the arteries that are supplying the blood would have the opposite effect to what you want....

Have have a dildo that he like better than my dick anyways, we use that half the time and I figure if I wear a strap-on he'd be content.

Seems reasonable, but does HE figure that "he'd be content"? Possibly I'm missing something, but this seems to important to your relationship to leave it to 'figuring' as opposed to actually discussing it... Your call, your relationship....
