Hello from the UK; I am a man of same age and have experienced a similar reaction. My Doctor tells me it is normal so I just get used to living with a small and soft penis.

I had a very long and soft and floppy foreskin so I had that removed 8 years ago. Pleasure improved.

4 days ago I had a new, tighter and more extreme circumcision. My penis is smaller but it is more sensitive. Perhaps you should consider the same treatment?

I have a very small cock (as in 1-1.5” soft on a good day) as well and was searching out circumcision due to a lot medical foreskin complications that have been plaguing me for years. I was denied for public healthcare coverage. I’d consider trying to find a doc but now that I am on the nullo route it seems like it would be a waste of time. Would give anything to not have to live with a foreskin until I remove it all…

My penis is a little bit more than the average size. Anyway I still have considered to remove my foreskin for years but it's not so easy to find a doc who accept to do it if no medical reason with it. Circumcision is not so common in my country and the public healthcare coverage will not accept. So I'm thinking to go abroad for that where I could have the choice to have the high and tight cut I wish.

There are many options to have a circumcision in the UK. I chose a Muslim surgeon who was very happy to give me my first 'high and tight' circumcision. It cost about £800.
