We have a time share in Vegas. Getting out of it has risen on my to-do list. Asking anyone I can for recommendations.

I've just watched a pair of videos where the hosts expose time share exit companies as frauds.
My main takeaway from a bit of research (I don't own one, but have a friend in Canada struggling with this) is you need to find a lawyer who has done work in this field.
It's not a great answer... lawyers cost money. But, it sure looks like while there may be a few valid, effective exit companies, hiring a lawyer will be the safest route.

I had one the fees capped being more and more. I stop paying Toll them to keep it!
