Looking for Orchiectomy voluntarily in Central or Eastern Europe

I am from Austria and looking fro castration next time. I have read many times there should be urologes or clinics in the eastern states of Europe like Czech, Slowakia, Romania, Poland. I wrote or called many of them till now but have got no answers to do this for me. Can anybody help me with some advice for Europe or to go to other cheap countrys of the world like India, Phillipines or Thailand doing castration on consent form?

Rather than trying to contact clinics / doctors directly, it may be better to reach out to any Trans-Gender centers or organizations in your area. Not all doctors are going to be willing to do the surgery, and I've heard that many who will don't do it without a referral. The transgender folks (and castration counts as transgender even if it not a 'full-binary' transition) will know who to work and can provide the referrals you need and possibly assist you in other parts of getting through the process.
