Keurig as "heroic method"?

No interest in writing it, and likely not even a huge amount in reading it, but had a random thought about possible methods for our story "hero's" to (not) enjoy their best moment... Definitely NOT recommending it as a 'real' method as it seems likely to have serious potential for medical complications...

However IMHO a Keurig does a horrible job of making coffee (unless you LIKE weak and watery) so perhaps an alternative use?

Obviously title would have some form of "Brew(ing)" in it...

I could see it being usable in all sorts of the story lines that we regularly see - from a submissive making a new beverage for master / mistress, to all the various revenge on cheating partner themes, etc...

Could be something already in the collection using this, but I haven't seen it...

Seems like there are only so many 'reasons' for the deed, so perhaps new methods might be interesting...

Maybe it's all about the quality of the coffee beans, the method of preparing and grinding them?

* * *

Keurig is a beverage brewing system for home and commercial use. The American company Keurig Dr Pepper manufactures the machines.

The main Keurig products are K-Cup pods, which are single-serve coffee containers; other beverage pods; and the proprietary machines that use these pods to make beverages...

Surely the witty Wheely didn’t mean coffee at all :).

But I completely mechanically thought about this particular drink, because not long before I had watched how a certain truck driver, almost professionally and even lovingly, prepared morning coffee for himself in the cab of his truck.

At the same time, he kept saying that he was making “divine” coffee.

I see two problems w/ Keurigs in terms of making coffee... I think that the commercial pods for the machine are not made w/ very good quality coffee, and / or the pod making process badly effects it. There are aftermarket adapters that allow you to use your choice of ground coffee, and those give slightly better results. More significantly, I think the pods simply don't hold enough coffee to make a good cup, especially if wanting a mug or other larger volume...

However Valery, you are correct in your guess that I was not suggesting that stories be written about making COFFEE... However there are other approximately K-pod sized things that we spend a great deal of time here talking about and / or trying to get rid of... 🙄 Considering that putting a pod into a Keurig machine and running a brew cycle involves puncturing the pod w/ sharp pointy objects, and running boiling water through it, It seems like a potentially interesting story method for those into certain sorts of stories...

There exists pornographic material where the characters take some sort of pill/elixir/potion/etc. that magically transforms things, makes changes in their lives, or makes changes to their bodies, be it temporarily or permanently. I'd imagine this could be something like that, where you put in one of those Keurig cups as the catalyst and then the changes happen to the person who consumes the beverage.

That certainly could work, and isn't a bad concept.... However I was thinking more in terms of using a testicle instead of a K-cup - presumably for one of those where maximizing pain was a desired part of the process... (Can't emphasize enough how much I would NOT recommend or suggest attempting such a thing in real life, but (almost) anything goes in a story....)
