Accessing Stories

Hi
I am relatively new.
I can access this site (forums) with my username and password.
However, when I try to open a story and I enter the same username and password, I don't get access.
Help, please!

This is a problem we've had ever since the initial build of the fiction archive, and we've never been able to figure out why this happens with some users. I changed your user class to "regular member" so try it again after flushing out your temp. internet files (if you can) and let me know if that did it.

I was recently activated (thanks for that) and have a similar problem.
Login does not work.
Error message:
No username/password
combination. Don't do this.
This is logged.
Click here to log in again.
I am logged in to the Forum and I made sure I had no tipo.

thank you for taking on the problem.
I have been browsing the forum and have read about the problem.
Unfortunately, it did not work. I also tried a different device and browser.

Eureka, I think I've figured it out.
Can you please check which characters are valid for the archive?
I had a special character in my password.
After I changed the password (letters only) it works.

Could there be a problem with the user's computer keyboard mode?
For example, I need to monitor what language the "layout" is enabled for.
