Since I was 13 years old, I have been experiencing a kind of dysphoria regarding my balls and I feel happy at the idea of ​​being castrated. Unfortunately, here in Brazil, we cannot perform this procedure without a long period of treatment, assuming that you are a trans person, which is not my case. My interest is to remain a man, but without balls. A eunuch indeed!

Is there any way to carry out this procedure outside the country? If so, which countries would you recommend? Is there a clinic that specializes in this?

P.S.: What happened to Personals? I would love to meet other guys who are neutered or want to be neutered too.

Mexico Transgender Centre has an informed consent standard of care. You can choose a large range of procedures and request style etc. They are very professional and respectful, and -- importantly -- correctly administrated in terms of qualifications, licence, premises etc. I had an orchidectomy & scrotectomy at their clinic in Tijuana in December. An offline friend had the same in the spring of this year, and another offline friend had nullo surgery a year ago. All positive reviews from us.

The personals ran on a separate software that was discontinued by the manufacturer without warning. Even though it was installed on our server, once they shut down, that was the end of the Personals. So far, we've not found any replacement software that we like.
