One thing I really like but rarely see in stories is focusing on the prostate. I have read of it being fried by electricity in passing in a few stories but nothing seems to focus on it. Destroying it has its own set of issues and potential. The nerves running from the penis travel through it to continue to the spinal column. In orgasm for males it is the concentrated set of nerves in the prostate that generate the actual feeling of orgasm with every contraction of the smooth muscle fiber that surrounds it and runs between the sacks that store and mix semen. Most of the resulting sensations in orgasm start and radiate from there since the majority of reproductive nerve endings run through it.

Destroying it or rather thoroughly damaging it so it cannot return to normal operation will render a man impotent since they can no longer shoot a load of semen. It also can leave a man requiring wearing adult diapers since the prostate is the gateway to the bladder and the two sphincter muscles regulate semen and urine from interfering with each other during sex and urinating. The prostate is also the gateway to the testes and other glands that create semen. It is not as flashy as a castration or penectomy but can be just as bad for the victim. With destroyed the man has no means to release semen, he has the hormones and drive but cannot use it. Another possible outcome is the nerves are damaged in the prostate enough that they pinch the nerves which could also render them impotent or could essentially turn them "on" so it is a non-stop orgasm or repeated orgasm they cannot stop, which may sound like a positive thing for many males but uncontrolled orgasms would get old quickly, like the act of milking someone. Except, in this case they cannot ejaculate and just have the feeling over and over.

I have considered ways to do it and there are two avenues to attack the problem...both have their own type of torture depending on the victim in the story. The more straight forward is up the rectum, it is only about 2 to 3 inches in the rectum and can be done many ways. Simplest would be fingers to get the most accurate location and feedback. Another would be an object or penis shoves in and angled to hit it as directly as possible to slowly bruise it and damage the muscles around it and tenderize it to creating more thorough destruction. One idea was to use a device called an ass-spreader that is a ring with posts inserted and bent at 90 degrees so they face inwards. When they are loose they meet in the center and can be inserted in the rectum then using nuts or wingnuts to pull them away from each other until the posts are at the edges of the ring. Largest one I have seen so far is a touch over 4 inches in diameter. The idea is they spread it open and you make sure the posts open to either side of the prostate you can frame it and expose its location. It would make the victim have a lot more pain and psychological pain and fear.

Side note, you could go this route and go further in, it varies from person to person but after the outer sphincter is breached about 3 or 4 inches in is a second sphincter which leads to the rectum. The rectum is 6-9 inches deep and ends at the sigmoid colon that is a flap of sorts and a 90 degree angle bend in the colon that leads to a straight path of usually about 2 feet of intestines before bending further in. While much of that area has relatively little nerves, that "second hole" or "second gateway" does have a set of nerves that enter the spine at a different location that the nerves leading from the prostate. A lot of people who get penetrated and have this hit have a different kind of pleasure and is sometimes a sensation chased by those who like to receive. It is also possible to over work this flap and essentially break it so the victim is incontinent.

Another way to attack the prostate is from within. Using a sound or catheter you can run it all the way down the penis and into the prostate and into the bladder. Electrified sounds are like this. To reach the prostate you would more likely need about 18 inches or longer of tubing or rod since more than half the penis is inside the body. I was considering a variety of designs but one I think useful is a silicone Folley catheter. You could make open all the way through or have the tip entering be closed so when it hits the bladder nothing goes in the bladder. Folley catheters can be inflated at the tip, locking it in place. Normally a catheter is used to let urine leave the bladder, but in this case I was considering it as a delivery device. Silicone is stiff yet malleable enough that when you insert it in the urethra is can stretch it open a little wider than it is meant to. Making the silicone hollow you run it down and insert the tip into the prostate they inflate it a little so it stretches the prostate open a little at its core and have slits in the sides so you can put whatever you like directly into the prostate. I was thinking of a stimulant like cocaine in a paste form inserted to make it extra sensitive and make it perhaps work overtime producing fluid. Stretch those little sacs open and stretch the muscle fibers. Another tactic is higher volume liquid with some pressure to burst past the small sphincters that keep fluid from the urethra from entering the prostate...forcing its way in and filling the sacs and enlarging it, eventually forcing its way through the vas deferens and directly into the testes, making them grow. This could be used to castrate them as well.

Sorry for getting into such detail but I was seeing a lot of possibilities for stories. I was considering maybe series of stories or just one involving a sexual predator, could be straight/gay/bisexual storyline but I was seeing in the storyline this guy deciding to get revenge or just dominate some rivals...perhaps a rival school's wrestling team. He is rather ridiculously hung and uses that as his weapon, you could say he is oversexed. If in a series he would start light with just humiliating them by either making them ejaculate in front of their girlfriend or something similarly light then get more ideas with each one until he is raping them then damaging them. They finally trap him...maybe in a wrestling match or something and then use the techniques I mentioned before except may all at once. Like an arm up the rectum to thoroughly mess up his colon and drive-up sensory overload. Maybe run the catheter in and apply drugs and pressure to force the prostate to grow from inside which pushes into the opened anus to give a prime target for the victims to attack it. Essentially a forced violent form of edging from within. No sore penis but a driving need to want to ejaculate but the way out is sealed and pressure applied from outside and in to destroy the internal structures. Then the pressure forces semen back down to the testes to give him a need to ejaculate and "blue balls". There is no where for the fluid to go and the attackers can keep trying to turn him on more...or have it be pain or a mix of the two. Various endings could happen, testes self-destruct or at the very least damaged. Prostate internal structures are damages beyond repair and he is impotent. It could remain enlarged or be squeezed down to uselessness. Nerves would be likely damaged so he is impotent from that angle or be the opposite of turned off but be turned on...constantly trying to pulse with orgasm and sending the signals. Also, the entire procedure he went through could be used to reprogram his brain.

The brain is flexible and can be adjusted to accept new input. A lot of males that are penetrated the first time feel nothing special except the entry or pain. With repeated use the brain will adapt and process the new nerve input and they will find they enjoy it and will crave it as input because direct prostate input is stronger, it just takes time sometimes for the brain to decipher the nerve input and adjust.

The title of the post was due to not sure where to put it in a category. It could be used as a way for castration or be its own thing. In a story setting I could see it done fairly quickly or slowly but I think for the most part it would be done slowly using the methods listed. I could see a way where a woman gets revenge on someone by tying them up or restraining them so they can take an object (dildo, bat, rod) attach it to piston or something that moves like one and just stick the tip in their opening and aim it for the front of the body at an angle so it hits the prostate and turn the machine on...maybe vary the speed or just have it ramp up so it moved the 3 or 4 inches to punch into the prostate until blood trickles out the penis. Or have more devious methods that play mind games with the victim...mostly in their imaginations since they cannot actually see what is happening just feel it. You could run ants or small spiders, worms, maggots down the catheter. The catheter is a way to control the delivery knowing there is no way for them to stop whatever is traveling down it. Without the catheter they could feel whatever it is travel down the urethra but it would be less believable that it reached its destination. The catheter can be used when they are erect or flaccid. You can use drugs to force them erect as well.
