I am looking for a clinic where I can have a penectomy for an affordable price, I found one in mexico but it's very expensive.

A user on this forum mentioned there is one in India, I tried reaching out to the user but got no resonse so far, does anyone know what that clinic is?

if this post is somehow against forum guidelines please let me know what I should change before taking it down.

I see no problem as you're seeking help from legitimate clinics and have stated that clearly.

On this journey, you will get what you pay for.

You're 25 years old (maybe 26) when I look at your profile. You still have a lot of time you can save up and go to a good clinic. The clinic in Mexico (Mexico Transgender Center) is good, and a few people from Europe have gone there for their surgeries. They give a great result from what I can tell.

When making this fundamental change to your body, it's worth taking your time and doing it correctly. That you're willing to travel abroad to get this done is a positive point in your favor. You've settled half the problem right there. Now you need to save up to cover the cost portion, and don't forget the surgery isn't the only cost when you travel, as you'll need to stay there for a week or two, and cover all your expenses while in the foreign location.

For what it's worth, I desired to have this all done at your age, in my case full nullification, and I wasn't able to complete my journey until I was 44. You have time, and you have support here. Save up the money and get it done right, and don't look for corners to cut on the way there. This is, after all, your health and body you're talking about, not a remodel of a room.

Having lived in Thailand for over a decade, I found out that Thailand has excellent medical services. (Unfortunately, I and my friends had to use everything from cardiac center including emergency major heart suregeries, cancer center, liver specialist, brain surgery, treatments for diving accidents, etc. etc. We were both impressed and thankful for getting treaments in Thailand.) And there are many transgendered folks in the community. As such, there must be good gender clinics that could perform a penectomy safely and properly.

A few excellent hospitals in Bangkok, in the order of my own preference, and the reviews are based on my actual experience with each of them:

(1) Bangkok Hospital: This was where I and/or my friends used for almost all of the major treatments mentioned above and we were all super impressed. Many doctors got their training from the US or the top medical school in Thailand. The staff treated us like family members, literally taking care of us with their hearts, especially at the cancer center. They get a lot of medical tourists and so they have translators in every possible language. I think I had seen a gender clinic there taking up an entire floor, but not sure because we were not looking for one at the time and we were preoccupied with our many ailments.

(2) Bumrungrad Hospital: This is the most popular for medical tourists, but we found them a bit too commercialized, like recommending too many tests and treatments than we felt necessary. But they must be doing a pretty good job as many foreigners love this place.

(3) Bangkok Nursing Hospital (a subsidiary of Bangkok Hospital): I had an appendectomy there and was very happy with their care. They also treat many tourists but I don't remember ever seeing special concierge for different foreign language speakers. However, English is perfectly fine.

In all of these 3 hospitals, their rooms are like 5-star hotel rooms and they host a lot of nice restaurants on their campuses.

If you Google, you might find many more places in Bangkok that offer gender surgeries. But I would stick with these major, well established hospitals rather than some small clinic. No way to know whether they have been properly certified and which one would do a good job.

I plan to go to Mexico for the nullo surgery, it's about the same price as a penectomy
