Lots of folks seem to suggest InHouse for chemical castration drugs, as they don't require a prescription which can be hard to get. However they supposedly aren't a great bargain price wise, especially when adding in shipping. I've also heard they can be rather slow because of limited air freight.
However I'd assume that you have a scrip for the inhaler, or could get one w/o much problem... I haven't tried them, but I know that I hear on the news about a lot of people using Canadian pharmacies, which would probably be easier / faster / cheaper....

Wayback when this became an issue a decade ago, I was prescribed a drug which required a plug in atomizer / inhaler. I was working in the bush in west Africa. The mechanism exploded when I plugged it into the local system. I had to use my rescue inhaler for the rest of the work period. I decided I needed a no thrills inhaler. After trying a couple of inhalers which did not work, I ended up with symbicort which has worked fine up to date. Now it is new source or new drug.

I don't have asthma, so not expert on the drugs, but have heard of symbicort, and believe it's a pretty standard / common drug for it, and I'd think it would be available from Candada - A quick Startpage search on "Pharmacies in Canada that Ship to the US" got a LOT of results... I also found
https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/ ... ernet.html with advice on how to do it safely, sort of... Sounds like if you pick a legitimate pharmacy, it should be possible - no idea how much cheaper it would be for that specific drug, but supposedly Canadian prices are about a third of US on average...

I have medicare with the "extra help" (based on income). That with my Medicare Advantage caps my medications for generics and name brands to $4.50 and $11 for 90 days supplies. You can look into the Advantage plans and see what their prescriptions costs would be if you don't have one and are using straight medicare. A lot of the advantage plans are free but you have to use in-network doctors for the best co-pays. If you got the new Medicare & You for 2024 it should list them in the back based on what county you live in (each state is different). It's open enrollment (see any television commercial break) until December 7th.
GoodRx is a free way to get coupons for medications that aren't covered or are too expensive. You can price-check Goodrx prices from the website goodrx.com
