Is it legal to order depo provera in the US without prescription?

I was looking into ordering depo provera from inhousepharmacy.vu. Does anyone know if it is legal to order depo provera from inhousepharmacy.vu in the US without a prescription?
It looks like the website will allow you to do it, but the warnings right before you purchase the items in your cart frightened me a little.

Yes, you can order this item without a prescription. Customs almost never stops such things, as long as the order does not exceed a 90-day supply. There is always some risk that the order may be confiscated -- if so, just re-order it.

In europe you may order for personal use without repercussions, although i havent order there for a long time now. I get my meds for the GP
When i started self medicated I told my GP had some blood test and they took over regiment
