Operation was inguinal so there was no scrotal inflammation, in fact there has been no inflammation, pain or discomfort at all, even 24 hours after operation. Haven’t taken any analgesics at all. Have been doing all my usual chores and feeling pretty good in body, mind and spirit, so far. See the urologist in two weeks and time will tell as to how I progress with hot flushes, tiredness and other symptoms but the pain I have been experiencing for the last 13 months has disappeared completely.
