I am not where to looking for someone to castrate me completely including ball sack..

I'm based in Australia and not sure where to find help. I am also hoping to have penectomy done as well ..

Any suggestions would be grateful.

EDIT: Don't request non-licensed cutters on the forums, please. Thanks.

As Paolo made clear in the edit (and possibly in private messages) we don't support people seeking unlicensed surgery, and don't encourage other "Do it yourself" approaches... You will probably find lots of folks that can help you find medically supervised help, either locally in Australia, or via 'medical tourism' to other countries where there are clinics with MDs.

There was a relatively recent release of a new "Standards of Care" by WPATH, the professional association that deals with gender modification issues, which includes those of us seeking castration. The new "SOC V8" has chapters in it that specifically relate to us and spell out the steps required to get surgery, which basically boil down to being really sure you are of sound mind and giving VERY fully informed consent... Since this is a non-reversible thing to get done, it makes sense that they want to be sure you want it...

If you go through most transgender centers you will need to jump through all the hoops, but it may be covered by insurance (Not sure how it works in AU) The clinics have varying requirements but most will require at least some of them and will be out of pocket...

I'd start by downloading and reading a copy of the SOC so you know what they are going to be wanting. I'd then consider reaching out to a local TG center, and asking them for help in starting the process....

Good luck and welcome to the forum,

WheelyCurious

For anyone living in Australia I would suggest a quick trip to Thailand or India. As with all things so permanent and irreversible, I caution anyone to shop around and be sure that the surgeon you use has a record of good results, no post operative infections, reasonable recovery time, minimal scarring, etc.
