For those who have been surgically castrated and did not do HRT, how long after surgery were you no longer able to get any filling of the penis let along ejaculate? It’s been 60 days since my bilateral Orchiectomy and that point has arrived. Absolutely no morning erections, no filling of any kind even when I play..And certainly no ejaculations. I feel emotionally wonderful.

7 weeks in:

No naturally occurring woods

Can still get semi-hard if I rub myself raw

Able to produce a few squirts of fluid

Not particularly enjoyable

Likely won't do it again

That's fine by me

This is varies wildly person to person. I have developed such impression from many experiences I have read. After castration some become totally impotent. Not able to get it even half hard, even if they tried. Some can still have orgasms years after castration.

My personal experience do not extend beyond 4-5 months of chemcastration. But I know that my T has dropped to 17ng/dL which is pretty low. But I was still able to orgasm.

I was chemically castrated for five years. My blood Testosterone was under 80 ng/dL, but because CA not only stops production of T, but also stops it from getting to the prostate, it was as if my T was almost nothing. My libido disappeared completely. I stopped having morning erections, but in the whole five years, I could still make myself erect if I wanted to, and, until the end, I could still have an orgasm, although it would be dry.
