Semantic technology and dating

I was just musing to myself that there is no word for a person who is sexually attracted to detesticulated people's bodies.
I'm not so much thinking of a kink/fetish exoticising desire, as just "this is within the scope of my orientation/things I vibe with".
This lack of semantic technology possibly makes it hard to counter the historic/patriarchal/bigoted assumption that castration might make a person less attractive to a prospective partner. I am not just thinking about eunuchs in the modern gender sense, but folk who have lost their balls in the wars, in accidents and for medical reasons.
Another big problem is that the only words that come close imply folk who want to do the actual operation to their (prospective) partner (or to anyone in general...). This is not going to be kind on the folk we hope will love us who have no association to cutter culture etc. but just appreciate diverse bodies or have a certain preference in load-out.
There is not enough normalisation of detesticulation in romantic contexts.
Anyway, if anyone has a name that sounds kind of cool (and aspirational, not something medicalising that has "-phile" dunked on the end), then answers on a postcard, please...
