So after reading the latest information i can find, both of these are now suggested to take at much lower levels than before. As they have different actions, would it be safe to take both at the same time?

Provided that you stick to safe dosage levels I see no reason for this to be harmful. The question, however, remains: why would you take both?

Thanks According up. It seems, according to the latest recommendations, that lots of people take way too high a dose of both of these. They both have different Methods of castration. So instead of taking a higher dose of either, i wondered if a much lower dose of both would be better.

A few relevant links I found on transfemininescience.org (a site I've recommended elsewhere, that does good science....
https://transfemscience.org/articles/transfem-intro/ a good intro, but long...
https://transfemscience.org/articles/cpa-dosage/ specific info about androcur (CPA) dosing - supports the low dose info mentioned above, especially when combined with low doses of E.
https://transfemscience.org/articles/sp ... tosterone/ A review of studies on spiranolactone, seems to suggest it isn't that effective, at least by itself, but may be good in a combination...

Let me give you a dose (pun intended) of reality.
Just because both work on the same issue, doesn't mean you should assume it's safe to take them together. For example, it would likely be VERY bad to take 2 different types of blood pressure medication just because you think if one works well, taking more should make things even better. Tip: IT WON'T, and will likely kill you.
So make sure you know what you're doing before you engage in this type of self-medication. Get a professional opinion. Because sometimes, the stuff I see posted in here is kooky bonkers on a scale you can't imagine.
And if you do this, it's on you. You do this at your own risk.
