Dr. Francisco Delgado Guerrero in Mexico City

This doctor, Dr. Francisco Delgado Guerrero posted a very elegantly done transgender - simple - orchiectomy on YouTube. He is based in the southern part of Mexico City (near the big university). Very impressive surgical technique in the video. I feel that I would probably not have had the massive hematoma I experienced if this doctor had done my surgery. It caused me problems with my implant placement, and took three surgeries to fix.

I posted a link to the video, and it was immediately removed. It was just a YouTube link! I was surprised by the censorship.

Mexico City is very nice. It is safe. And I am sure it would be very affordable. I visit there at least three or four times a year. It's easy for me to fly from Texas.

I had testicle implants replaced in Guadalajara and liposuction done in Mexico City. I showed my dermatologist my results from Vaser Liposuction. I mentioned that the price included ten lymphatic massages (at my Airbnb) as part of the follow-up. She was impressed with the work and said that you could not get that level of medical care in the USA.

Search for Dr. Francisco Delgado Guerrero on YouTube. This website will not allow the link to be posted here.

I don't think my USA doctor uncovered my testicles from the tunica and stretched my cords as far as this doctor in Mexico City shows. I could feel my cords tied up, and they felt thick. That left more cord inside me with a better chance for the large blood vessel to leak. My scrotum turned black and grew to the size of a large apple. I was on an airplane, and my stitches opened up after three weeks to drain the liquid. All the black blood leaked out into my underwear. Luckily, I had dark jeans and absorbent padding around my scrotum which helped collect a lot of it. This YouTube post by Dr. Francisco Delgado Guerrero is very good to watch.

I looked it up, and nearly jumped out of my chair when he went to yanking on that first cord, but I could see why. Granted it was time-lapse, but it also looked very neat and simple - for him.

The link disappeared between when I first saw it, and when I was where I could have looked at it, but if it was a medical doctor doing the procedure can I ask what EA policy it was violating that caused it to be removed?

I know we don't want cutter stuff, but I know in the past folks have posted links to medically done procedures and photos of their results, so what was it that got this one removed?

I'd like to know so as not to violate that policy unintentionally if nothing else...

If an admin deleted the post, I don't know of it. I certainly did not delete it.

https://youtu.be/ZU6REyU7SB8 This is the link. I don't know why my first post was deleted.

It was a time-lapse, and pulling back the tunica tissue was speeded up. It does look brutal. It's just because of the video speed.

Pulling on the cord and the major blood vessel tight is much better than leaving a possibly damaged section of the blood vessel inside the body. Remember, this is the area where the Lidocaine needle can potentially hit.

In my case, the damaged vessel leaked inside the tunica, creating a painful blood balloon. That balloon attached itself to my stitches to allow itself to drain. My stitches re-opened. They could do nothing to help because you cannot re-stitch that cut. My situation only happens less than one percent of the time. I think this doctor's method limits potential problems. A cord and vessel can handle a lot of stretching without damage.

The point of my posting is that I had great results for procedures I had done in Mexico City and Guadalajara. If you want an orchiectomy in Mexico, stick to Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, or Puerto Vallarta. All those cities have reputable surgery centers and well-trained doctors. I will visit Mexico City in August and December and Guadalajara in November. I love going. This time, I will be able to enjoy Guadalajara without having a medical procedure.

Interesting video, definitely shows what is involved...

Just as a reference, how much hoop jumping is involved in getting done by one of these doctors as compared to the typical SOC v8 therapists and chem-cast trial periods and so on?

It will depend on the doctor. I just posted this comment, and we will see how the doctor answers.

¿Ofrecen consultas por video para decidir si puedo ser aprobado para una orquiectomía transgénero?

Do you offer video consultations to decide if I can be approved for a transgender orchiectomy? Do you speak English? What is the best way to contact your office if I only speak English?

The doctor posted a reply saying that he is in Mexico City and gave his phone number.

If you read between the lines: he says he does this surgery (by confidently showing his method on YouTube) and he does it quietly without specific advertising (transgender care is not listed on his website). The screening process will likely be if he feels confident that you are certain. His website has a link on how to request an appointment. https://drdelgadourologo.com/

Doctors are never going to say they do this procedure with no questions asked.
