HRT, I'm starting low dose estrogen therapy

I have a urologist appointment tomorrow to schedule a radical bilateral orchiectomy on both testicles. I did 3 CaCl injections and one grain alcohol injection over the last 6 months. The results of my last ultrasound and my pelvic MRI show two large calcified sertoli cell tumors that have consumed the entire testicle, or what could be tumors. It's actually from the CaCl which is why I chose that method. Both testes are tiny and very hard, and with no blood flow accept for the connective tissues above. So the cords are intact but the testicles have been turned into hard dead tissue masses.

Hopefully I can get this surgery over with quickly without a long wait. I want to get healed up and back to work and life in general. I have been on TRT October of 2022. TRT is great if you like feeling that way, it's just not for me. I like how I felt castrated and in contrast having low T for a while, wasn't my thing either because it gave me a weak sex drive. So I've done all the above and thanks to bad blood work and some fatigue and brain fog I need to stay on hormones so I'm going to be starting on low dose estrogen in 2-3 months. I hope that my surgery is over with in a month and while I'm healing up I'm going off my TRT. I'm going to request that my doctor lowers my current T dose by half when I see him tomorrow. From there I'm going to taper it off on my own as I finish up with the post op surgical appointments with my urologist. Then I'm going to switch over a different doctor that specializes in transgender hormone care. That doctor is scheduling virtual appointments 2-3 months out and I'm in line for an appointment.

So all is getting better and I'm looking forward to feeling better after all the testosterone leaves my body. It's a thrill going through all of these changes and when it's done I'm looking forward to settling into and getting used to the new me.
