On Friday I had my second ultrasound, which is the really thorough one. It started with two techs who had problems which my left testicle because of the size and because it pulled up inside of me. Once they were done the doctor came in to examine my testicles and ask me a series of questions. She told me that I have no blood flow to either testicle and that both of them are calcified. She mentioned my case being unusual because I had two identical lesions on both testicles. She said that there were two bright areas that were showing up on the ultrasound. After I finished with the doctor and the two technicians, I went up the hall to do a pelvic MRI with contrast in order to further validate if there was blood flow.
The final step is for my doctor to call me and discuss removing them. I did 3 cacl injections at 20-30 percent concentration in grain alcohol over a 4 month period. Two rounds of 1cc into each testicle 60 days apart, followed by a 3rd round at .5 cc into each one a few weeks after the 2nd round of injections. The process went well with no leakage or other complications. And my insurance is paying for it.
I'm currently on TRT and I'm weaning myself down gradually to either get to a comfortable level, or I'm going off of it.
Surgery date is pending.

Good luck!
The main thing is that you maintain your health and that you do not have complications.
