In this episode, Morty becomes a Sun Knight. There's just one catch - he has to cut his penis off and throw it into the fire to be fully accepted. Being a 14 year old boy, Morty does not want to do this. This plunges the solar system into chaos. Much of the plot revolves around Rick & Morty trying to fool the various tests for the penis-cutting ceremony.

For some reason I remembered a more interesting saga for me:
"Harry Potter and the Knife of Klingsor" (it's in the EA archive).
Its main character, using a magic blade, voluntarily nullifies himself...

Oh, this comes up occasionally in this show. One episode shows a reality where dogs take over and neuter humans including showing dumpsters full of human testicles...to another episode where the human penis is the same size and shape as an alien heart and this alien government wants Jerry the dad to have his genitals removed to save a life, which he is not eager to do but doesn't want to be selfish.
