How do users delete their account here?

You ask an Admin to do it for you, if that's what you really want.

I know of cases where people asked to restore their account. And even some wanted the administration to apologize to them for arbitrarily deleting their account...

By the way, it seems to me that the account is deleted automatically if the participant does not appear on the forum for a period of more than one year.
