Head Splitting Advice

Hi all,

I've been lurking here for a while, and reading lot's of the great advice on here while following my own journey. My aim is for a completely numb penis with some other modifications. I recently flew to south korea to visit a clinic where they performed three procedures to help me get numb (I told them that I had severe premature ejaculation issues as the reason they agreed to do the surgery). They tied some (6) of the dorsal nerve branches about half way up the shaft and cauterized nerves in the frenulum and in the glans. I still have one week of healing to go through before I can see the results of that. Not the main topic of why I'm posting, but I'm happy to share more details on that if anyone is interested.

Apart from the above i also want to split my glans. I have already performed the easier(!?) Meatotomy part and have now done a partial cut on the top side (about a third of the way down). I am clamping for 15 minutes and then cutting (or attempting to cut at least) the area which was clamped. My issue is bleeding. I have had significant bleeding each time (especially the top side unsurprisingly), which has been a pain to stop. Thank god for gauze and surgical glue!!

I want to cut the remainder of the top but obviously the glans get thicker as you go down, and I really don't want to mess this up. Can anyone advice on what would happen if I clamped without cutting? would this return to normal over time or would the clamped area eventually separate itself?

Thanks everyone.

My friend from Germany sent me his own photo showing the result of such an operation...

He did it with his own hands!

I was horrified: it really hurts!

Do not do that!!

Thanks for replying, but with numbing cream etc i'm really not experiencing any pain at all with the procedure. The issue I'm trying to solve is per my original message.

I recently cut the underside. At the beginning the urethra is also pretty thick, so probably not the big difference to cutting the glans.

I was clamping for over one hour without numbing. At the beginning I was not closing totally. I more or less used a bearable pain level as clamping speed until the clamp was finally clamped after about 20 minutes.

The cutting was done by a thermocauter without major bleeding. The cauter created a crust on the surface that fell off during the first week. After 2 weeks it almost looks fine, though it started bleeding at the base during a heavier sounding session. - Cauter also helps there

In my experience, numbing was not necessary and I would not cut thicker parts without clamping.

Keep us updated about your permanent numbing experience.

I understand what you are talking about, as I was once one of the developers of the electrosurgical scalpel...

Thanks for getting back. Can you give me any more information about the thermocauter (description, make etc), I'm not familiar with that term. I have a battery powered cautery pen which I've never used. Is that the same thing?

Happy to answer any questions you have. Maybe you'd like to ask them here as the info might be useful to others too....and I don't seem to be able to send mails on here anyway!

You have to have at least 5 posts before the mail system will work. You need one more post.

Sorry about that. VBulletin is really good at telling you "no", it just doesn't tell you why!
