It will be very interesting to read as its open to all types of gender diversity. Also the page of the publisher is open and you can download the PDF. This is not always the case with professionnal and scientific publication which are usually under restricted access unless you are somehow linked to a university library. For those who are not use to this kind of web page, look for the little box, "PDF" on the right side of the page.

I can tell you I was starting to feel like they were more interested in conferences and dinner parties than actually getting it published. But I've seen this in other places too, more interest in socializing than getting the work done and out.

I know i's need dotting and t's crossing, but gosh it got ridiculous at times.
