So my main goal is to shrink my penis. I have tried tagamat at 1000mg for 2 months and saw very little shrinkage. Endronax works but only temporarily. I'm looking for a more permanent solution. The go to on this forum seems to be androcur + tamoxifen. I was wondering if I could get some guidance on the dosage. I have also been comparing it to depo provera. I'd like to minimize the feminization effects and I haven't been able to find a lot about if depo feminizes. I also am wondering around how long it would take to be rendered infertile. I know it's usually a your mileage may vary but I'd really like a general timeline if possible. I am also 21 years old so I'm not sure if it's better or worse to mess with hormones at my age. I'd really appreciate the community's input. Thank you!

From your post you sound unsure of what you want. All the ant androgen drugs will lead to femininity effects and at your age they would be more so.

Once you start on these powerful drugs you will be at risk of permanent infertility. Therfore if you you ever want to father children you should take care of banking sperm.

As an old hand I would advise you to engage in the forum ask questions learn and then you can make an informed decision.

At your age you have time to be thoughtful and not make some bad decisions that you could regret.

Hi Dill,

If your goal is shrinkage, the most important things to atrophy your penis is to block his functionality :

1) lack of erection : with Tagamet and Edronax (it generate permanent impotence after long term use) you are on the right way.

Add Androcure to avoid night and morning erection.

2) Never try to masturbate or stimulate ! More your penis will be often limp, more you will shrink faster.

3) Wear 24/7 a tight brief (designed for cross dresser) or better a small flat chastity cage (that's my choice).

If you choose the chastity cage, only remove it once a week, for a short time, for showering and shaving.

For the rest of the week shower under pressure is enough to assure hygiene.

An other and more powerful option is an inverted chastity cage (I will try in the future).

4) Be patient during some months...

Measurement of penis and testicles shrinkage is very aleatory because it's depending of temperature and activity.

Shrinkage should be rather appreciate on a personal feeling.

I've done a trial and there seems to be some impotence, no obvious or measurable shrinkage BUT still nightly erections. How do these nightly erections relate to impotence I wonder?

Androcur definitely does away with those.

Thank you all for the input. I don't consider 2-5 weeks long term but I definitely expected some changes and was disappointed when I couldn't find any. I did some more research and it seems like the infertility effects of androcur are largely reversible.

This one spelled it out the best for me, but lots of other studies find the effects largely reversible.

I will do a 4 month 100mg then 50 mg androcur trial while locked in a cobra baby I think. Are there any things I should add to this besides citimide/endronax?

Personally, I used Cimetidine only a few times before I saw noticeable shrinkage that didn’t bounce back to full recovery. I’d take 1,000 based on studies of men with Dr. prescribed doses of 800-1,600mg a day. I found that 1,000mg worked for me. I’d take 2-3 bottles and reorder. The waiting period was my cleansing break. No medicine is good to take long term, so that’s why it’s good to take breaks. A liver cleanse is always good for 90% of our health problems.

Cimetidine causes Leydig Cells Apoptosis, meaning it kills your nuts. I haven’t seen sperm or seminal fluid in 4+ years. Erections only happen once a week with a lot of work involved. In conjunction with Cimetidine use, I’ve used Red Reishi Mushroom, Pueraria Mirifica and Estrogen. I’m currently on an HRT program that includes micronized progesterone. Ive worn tight panties 24/7 the last three months and I’ve noticed additional shrinkage from that. All told, just the continued use of medicines & herbs has taken its toll on the little fellow. I’m maybe two inches soft, if that, and 90% of the time it’s collapsed upon itself to the point of being invisible. My nuts went from being the size of billiard balls to small grapes. I wish they’d shrink some more but I think I’ve hit my limit. I stopped taking Cimetidine a few months ago because it looks like I’m as small as I’m going to get.

Steve, call me skeptical, but I read this article that this was for rats at 100mg/kg. For me, human, that would equate to roughly 90 * 100 mg, i.e. 9 whole grams a day. At such a dosage, my liver (and probably a whole lot of other essential organs) would give out long before my Leydig cells.

I've taken Cimetidine for like 4 weeks and am not sure there's been any shrinkage, let alone a reduction in T production.

So for some Cimetidine might cause shrinkage, but probably not full chemical castration. Or maybe it's the combination with the herbals? What's your take on this?
