As documented in EA, under my current name and my former ID, hkeunuch, I had gotten myself chemically castrated. I no longer need to take any Androcur since 2009. Unfortunately, since 2017, my doctor put me on a low dose testosterone gel to help with my low T effects: osteopenia, low energy, depression, etc. And with that, my libido returned, albeit, just a bit, but enough to be bothersome.

Earlier this year, I used Cimetidine to offset some of the testosterone gel effects, especially to shrink my genitals further. It worked pretty well, and stopped it a month or so ago.

Recently, I had a medical condition, and one of the medicines caused severe nausea. I started Motilium to control nausea. I took 60 mg (6 pills) a day, for a period of 2 weeks. I have since tapered it off to 10-20 mg a day, on an as needed basis.

A few changes I observed. All this while, I maintained my testosterone gel as prescribed because I don't want my osteopenia to worsen.

1. My penis stays in its smallest state, basically tucked inside my body, most of the time. After the course of Cimetidine, my penis is already often in this small state. Now, after the course of Motilium, it stays in much more. It is harder to pull it out to pee, so much so that I now often just left it in and pee.

2. Before Motilium, I would sometimes still feel horny once in a while (about once a week) and could stimulate my tucked penis to orgasm, without ever getting an erection, just a little growth in size but totally soft. After Motilium, I feel much lower libido. No matter how I tried to stimulate myself, my penis hardly reacted, felt little pleasure from the stimulation, and felt any buildup to orgasm. I had gone on a couple of weeks without being able to cum already.

3. My tits felt very sensitive. They have been quite big and sensitive all along. And with the Motilium, the nipples get a bit larger and sometimes, slightly painful. However, so far, they are not lactating.

It is also a medication used to increase milk supply:

The drug is not FDA approved in the US

I've been on Motilium/domperidone for decades to treat gastroparesis. The drug has never been approved in the United States. In the U.S. it can be obtained through a single-patient investigational new drug program where the patient's physician is registered to prescribe the drug, which can be obtained through a single pharmacy in Dallas.

The FDA banned its importation for compounding in 2005 for the stated reason it increases lactation. They found the drug is passed to the infant through breast milk.

I have read on EA that, besides the effects on milk production, Motilium also affect breast development. But I could not find any details. Also, I could not find any description on how it affects the male parts. I wonder if my recent shrinkage and inability to get to orgasm were parts of my month of high dose of Motilium, which I purchased through on-line pharmacy.
