(Mods feel free to move or delete if not appropriate....)

I recently got a link to an event that might be of interest to folks here

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/navigating ... 5935572147

Description:

Introduction to navigating gender-affirming care for trans and gender diverse individuals in Massachusetts. Zoom link TBA

About this event

On September 8th and 10th, My Ombudsman, in collaboration with Fenway Health, Health Law Advocates, and Trans Resistance MA, will be hosting a virtual two-part series on Gender Affirming Healthcare. This event hopes to guide Trans and Gender-diverse individuals here in Massachusetts through the health care system in order to make gender affirming care more easily accessible and navigable. This two-part series will give information on how to access gender affirming care, where to go for your healthcare needs, what a safe and healthy doctor’s visit looks like, navigating your healthcare benefits, and an overview of your healthcare rights. It can be hard to navigate gender affirming healthcare alone, so we’re here to help. We are excited to share the resources Massachusetts has available in order to ensure that anyone who wants access to gender affirming care can get it. This series will be recorded, and ASL Interpreters/CART services will be provided.

The sponsors seem like reputable groups, and I think it would definitely be of interest to anyone from Mass. It sounds from the description that it would be a mix of MA specific and general interest material (i.e. the overview of healthcare rights) but also at least some that would have some relevance to the wider US population since much of the health care system is going to be similar. Still interesting but probably less relevant to non-US folks given the differences in systems....

It is a bit unclear whether the even is two parts, or a single part that is repeated at two different times....

Strange - it worked for me to at least get to the event description page clicking on the link in my post, using TOR...

No idea why it didn't work for you.

Thank you!

As I was told, my problem is that I do not use VPN, TOR.

However, probably, the reference works for you also without use of TOR?

Yes, it also worked fine for me w/ my usual Firefox, so I don't know why it is giving you a problem.
